Collaboration is at the core of theater but we rarely talk about how to collaborate with those who have different skill sets than our own. Leila Ghaznavi, founder and creator of Pantea Productions, sit down with long term collaborator lighting designer Zach Moore to discuss what questions should creators/puppeteers ask of their design team and how they can best help facilitate the design process, and what information a puppeteer/creator should offer to help educate a design team on how to design for a puppet focused production. Knowing what you don't know, and knowing what questions to ask is half the battle!
